In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zs998", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the zs998 platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" refers to the zs998 website accessible at zs998.app, including all games, services, features, and content available therein.
• "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any registered user of the zs998 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the zs998 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's zs998 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by zs998 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud.
• "EasyPaisa" and "JazzCash" refer to the respective Pakistan-based mobile wallet services used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the primary transactional currency on the zs998 Platform.

By accessing, browsing, or using the zs998 Platform in any capacity — including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and zs998. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and the specific terms attached to any bonus or promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplemental document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the supplemental document.

Use of the zs998 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of zs998 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from zs998 or had an Account closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

zs998 employs mandatory age and identity verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) at any stage — including during registration, prior to first withdrawal, or upon zs998's reasonable request at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure.

To access real-money games and services on zs998, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered Account on the zs998 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, zs998 reserves the right to close all but the earliest Account, forfeit all Bonus Funds across duplicate Accounts, and review all associated real-money transactions.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. zs998 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify zs998 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Non-Transferability: zs998 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any Account Balance to any third party.
• Own Funds: You confirm that funds deposited into your zs998 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

zs998 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason, and to request additional information or documentation from any applicant or existing Player at any time.

All financial transactions on the zs998 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum limits may apply per transaction and per day, and may vary by payment method.
• zs998 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit within seconds.
• zs998 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which zs998 accepts no liability.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Players may request withdrawal of their available Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and the minimum withdrawal amount displayed at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. zs998 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• zs998 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• zs998 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above threshold limits set at zs998's sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error or erroneous credit to a Player's Account, zs998 reserves the right to reclaim such funds regardless of whether they have been wagered, and the Player has no entitlement to retain or withdraw funds credited in error.

zs998 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period will be stated in the specific offer terms. Players should read these carefully before accepting any bonus.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance. Real-money Balance is wagered first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds — once applicable wagering requirements are fully met — may be transferred to the withdrawable real-money Balance, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the offer.
• zs998 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a Player's Account, and to cancel any bonus already credited if zs998 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest means.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive bonus offers. To receive promotions, marketing preferences must be enabled within the Account settings.
• Multiple Account holders, players using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, and players identified as part of organised bonus abuse schemes will be disqualified from all promotions and may have their Accounts closed.

All games available on the zs998 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions with respect to specific game mechanics, payouts, and settlement procedures. Players are advised to review the rules of each game before participating.

• All casino games on zs998 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a game session, the round in progress may be declared void and any stake refunded to the Player's Balance. zs998's decision in such matters is final.
• For live betting and sports markets, settlements are made in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, zs998 will refer to official sources and its decision shall be final.
• zs998 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event was known, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being offered.
• Bets placed in error by a Player — including incorrect team selections, incorrect stake amounts, or bets placed on the wrong market — cannot be cancelled after they have been accepted by the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs998 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using or attempting to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordinated play in poker, live dealer games, or any team-based game format.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform. Any winnings generated as a result of such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transactions that contravene anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud, chargeback fraud, or identity theft.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any technical means to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zs998 staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

zs998 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they come into force.
• Session Alerts: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them of how long they have been logged in during any single session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to six months. During a cool-off period, the Account remains open but real-money play is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months and up to five years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable regular pop-up reminders displaying time elapsed and net session activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from zs998.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the Platform.
• Use any zs998 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that implies an endorsement or affiliation not authorised by zs998.

Any unauthorised use of zs998's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs998 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from Platform unavailability, technical faults, or game malfunctions.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure in the Platform caused by factors outside zs998's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude zs998's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zs998 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

zs998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass or comply with KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the Player is a problem gambler or is in breach of self-exclusion obligations.
• A request from a relevant authority, court order, or regulatory requirement.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, zs998 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and, where applicable, winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players may also close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting zs998 support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any available Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the zs998 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zs998's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the zs998 support team via live chat or email. The support team will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulatory authority designated under zs998's gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided upon request.

zs998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, zs998 will notify active Players by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the Platform upon login, an email notification to the address registered on the Player's Account, or a prominent notice on the zs998 homepage.

The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact the support team to initiate Account closure and withdrawal of any available Balance.
